1. Always Verify Payment Instructions
Swish Marbella never changes bank details via email. If you receive any message requesting a payment to a different account, contact your Swish contact person immediately.
2. Check the Sender’s Email Carefully
Fraudsters often create email addresses that look almost identical to ours, changing just one letter or adding a symbol.
Our official emails always end with: @swishmarbella.com
If anything feels unusual, forward the email to us for verification.
3. Confirm High-Value Transfers by Phone
Before sending any significant payment, please contact your Swish representative to confirm bank details verbally via our official number:

4. Beware of Urgent or Unusual Requests
Swish Marbella will never:
Ask for urgent or pressured transfers
Request a refund to a different account
Change payment details at the last minute
Ask you to resend a payment without official written confirmation
These are classic signs of phishing.
5. All Payments Must Be Made to Swish Marbella’s Official Account
We do not use personal accounts, third-party accounts, or unofficial payment processors.

Other Types of Fraud To Be Aware Of
A. Fake Booking Platforms or Fake Listings
Scammers may copy our photos and create fraudulent listings or websites.
Always ensure you are booking through:
- The official Swish Marbella website
- Reputable OTAs linked from our site
- Direct communication with your known Swish representative
If in doubt, send us the link to verify.
B. Social Media Impersonation
Fake Instagram or social media profiles may claim to be Swish Marbella.
We will never request payments or financial information through social media. Only trust accounts linked from our official website.
C. Deepfake Voice Calls
New fraud methods include AI-generated voices pretending to be a representative. If a call sounds unusual, always request a confirmation email from your known Swish contact before acting.
D. WhatsApp or Messaging Scams
Scammers may send messages pretending to be “the rental agent”. Only respond to WhatsApp numbers officially provided by Swish Marbella. If a message feels strange, call us to confirm.
E. Fake Contracts
Fraudsters may send contracts that look similar to ours.
