As Partnership & Growth Lead at Swish, he works closely with property owners and strategic partners to expand and elevate our portfolio, ensuring each villa is positioned to perform at the highest level.
With a background in hospitality and luxury, Imobach combines relationship building with a sharp eye for detail, overseeing how properties are presented, marketed, and integrated into the Swish collection. With Luxury Management studies in Paris and a background in high-end villa rentals across Ibiza and Formentera, Claudia deeply understands the psychology of luxury and the vital role of emotional connection in the client journey. Beyond her expertise in the Balearic and French markets, she is defined by an innate discipline and a performance-oriented mindset that ensures no detail is ever left to chance. Claudia approaches guest relations with a unique drive; she doesn’t just meet standards, she pushes to exceed them, believing that a truly premium stay is built on consistency and clinical precision. Patient yet incredibly proactive, she brings a high-energy focus to the Swish team, ensuring every guest experience is handled with the rigour and care that a world-class destination demands.

Whether it’s sorting out a technical issue or handling last-minute requests, he’s always on the other side of the phone, day or night, ready to jump into action. Fluent in Spanish, English, German, and Italian, Jose is ready to assist guests and owners alike in four languages, making sure everyone feels understood and cared for (with a bit of passion too!).
He gets things done fast, no fuss, no delays – exactly what you want when the pressure’s on.

Behind the scenes or on guest calls, Sam ensures nothing gets lost in translation — only smooth, meaningful communication.
