The main residence is distributed over three levels, designed for flow and scale. The entrance level features a grand lobby leading to an open-plan living area and an ensuite bedroom. Upstairs, the master suite boasts dual walk-in closets and bathrooms, accompanied by two additional ensuite bedrooms. The lower level includes a further ensuite bedroom, while a separate guest house provides a sixth bedroom and bunk beds, perfect for staff or extended family.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 2,251m² estate, including the main villa, the independent guest house, the private sports facilities, infinity pool, and gardens.
