It is the first time I am renting from Swish. It is the most client oriented service I have encountered in the property rental business. Not just in Spain. Issues like cleaning, technical maintenance are taken care of by Swish and taken care of FAST. It was unusual to enter the property and see fresh clean towels, bathrobes, slippers… with “Swish” logo on them. As if you are in a 5-star hotel. Karen and Alexandra helped me with documents delivery, renting the gym that is not readily rentable, restaurant reservations, local business contacts(!) and other local services. I doubt there is another company in Marbella area that does anything like that. Karen, the star behind Swish, is not just a professional… she is a person with integrity and heart. It is not surprising Swish is successful.
