Testimonials

We had a fantastic experience staying at one of the Swish villas! The Swish team is very attentive and professional and made sure we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The location of the villa and the amenities were great.

Fantastic house with very good service, highly recommended.

Wonderful Experience. Absolutely great place. Highly recommended 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

As a property owner representative, I must say that Karen and her team at Swish deliver outstanding services and always manage to meet the high demands set by both owners and guests. I can wholeheartedly recommend Swish to all property owners looking for a trustworthy and committed real estate partner!

Fantastic house with great location i will really go back there. Highly recommended!

It is the first time I am renting from Swish. It is the most client oriented service I have encountered in the property rental business. Not just in Spain. Issues like cleaning, technical maintenance are taken care of by Swish and taken care of FAST. It was unusual to enter the property and see fresh clean towels, bathrobes, slippers… with “Swish” logo on them. As if you are in a 5-star hotel. Karen and Alexandra helped me with documents delivery, renting the gym that is not readily rentable, restaurant reservations, local business contacts(!) and other local services. I doubt there is another company in Marbella area that does anything like that. Karen, the star behind Swish, is not just a professional… she is a person with integrity and heart. It is not surprising Swish is successful.

I rented an apartment in Puente Romano through Swish Marbella. The whole experience with the agency in the process was very positive: they are professional, straight forward and flexible. The apartment was superb, better then I expected: sparkling clean, very well equipped, had everything a family needs on a vacation. Concierge service was very quick to answer and helpful. I would use Swish Marbella next time I travel to Marbella!

Great and very attentive service. Helped us move with a toddler to Marbella, 3 weeks before my due date. Arranged and bought so many lovely extras and their stuff is always available and a call away. Karen is a gem of Swish. Hoping to book through them our next winter stay. Thank you

Friendly, professional and it was easy to make requests and changes 👏🏽👏🏽 Thank you Swish

As a owner of one of the rental houses, I can surely testify that Swish is the most professional company I worked with. They are always looking for perfection. I have never seen a team so caring and professional. The houses they offer are beautiful and their concierge service and recommendations are always spot on. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The lengths Karen and Alexandra go to to please guests and make everything special sets them apart. I would highly recommend Swish.

Great Quality! I give them 5 stars.
