  • Check-in after 21:00: 400 โ‚ฌ + VAT

  • Late check-out fee (11:00 - 15:00): 400 โ‚ฌ + VAT

  • Late check-out after 15:00: Extra Night Rate Applies

  • Extra fees apply for additional items, such as cribs, high chairs, extra beds, and car seats.

  • Pet fee: 200 euros per pet per week

  • Housekeeping Fee: 25 โ‚ฌ/h + IVA (30 โ‚ฌ/h + IVA on weekends and bank holidays)

  • Final Cleaning Fee: 1500 โ‚ฌ + IVA
