Welcome to Villa Marina, an impressive property hidden in plain sight in a corner of Marbella’s Puente Romano Resort. From the moment you go through the iron gates you will be transported to another world and feel like you have just arrived in a French chateau. Villa Marina is a surprisingly large property which spans four floors, with six main bedrooms and one staff bedroom. Exclusive to Swish, this delightful space feels more like a boutique hotel than a villa and offers over 1000 square metres to enjoy. As soon as you enter the building you will see the main circular staircase with a dome ceiling and appreciate the cool, muted tones of the decor. Its six bedrooms offer another touch of the French chateau with large beds, plenty of space and long windows which look out onto the courtyards or the pool. The master and the second bedroom each have their own walk in wardrobes. There are two further bedrooms on the second level between ground and the first floor, a fifth on the ground floor and a sixth bedroom downstairs in the property’s basement which can even be accessed separately, ideal for a family with staff who want their own quarters.

There are two lounges, an ample kitchen and plenty of bathrooms which follow the stylish French old-world style. You will be able to destress at the end of a busy day and emerge totally renewed! The property also boasts a pretty 78m2 pool surrounded by well-tended greenery, which further enhances that feeling of escapism.

Even though parking can be hard to find on The Golden Mile, you will not have to worry at Villa Marina. There are spaces for three cars inside the garage and three more on the driveways. Not that you will need to drive much, being so closely located to both The Marbella Club hotel and The Puente Romano Resort in all its splendour.

What’s more, the villa is quietly protected from the crowds so you have a truly tranquil spot. Here you really will have the best of both worlds. Just a short drive away is Puerto Banus and in the other direction you have Marbella Old town with its Orange Tree Square, a charming location where you can watch the world go by.
