Beachfront Villa on Marbella’s Golden Mile
La Luisa is a stunning private villa on Marbella’s Golden Mile with direct access to the beach. Up to 10 guests can stay here and leave feeling pampered. Restful bedrooms, swanky terraces and original interior design make this a place you will want to visit again and again.
La Luisa has 5 bedrooms, each with its own colour scheme and tasteful furnishings. All of the bedrooms offer a space to easily unwind. Full disclosure: the beds are so inviting they may be hard to climb out of! The property has 6 bathrooms, a private pool, a jacuzzi and plenty of outdoor eating areas with a stunning terrace and pergola on the roof. The villa has parking space for two cars but if you’re feeling energetic, why not take one of its 4 bikes out for a spin?
The downstairs has an open plan living space with a large oak and white laminate table. The colour scheme of beige, neutral cream and brown tones is echoed throughout the lounge, dining and kitchen area. The overall impression is both stylish yet welcoming. Of course, we canโt take credit for the interior. This was one of famous design company Pedro Peรฑaโs projects, and itโs certainly one they should be proud of.
Why itโs got The Swish Factor
Thereโs something to be said for waking up to a sunrise and sipping juice on your own beachfront terrace. Don’t you agree? The outdoor spaces La Luisa provides are unparalleled. Reminiscent of a Balinese beach club, we just love the rattan lampshades and spacious chill out zones. The private pool is generously sized and looks great when floodlit of an evening. On the top floor, there is a second covered terrace area that has its own BBQ and fully equipped bar. This is a property with Swish appeal! At villa La Luisa you will find plenty of vantage points from which to take in the breathtaking views of The Mediterranean.
Whatโs Close?
The villa is nestled between Puerto Banus and Marbella Old Town, just a short walk from the famous Puente Romano resort with all of its bars and restaurants. The area itself is home to many golf clubs and โLa Conchaโ mountain which has a peak at 1.2km above sea level. A Swish tip for something different- If you fancy seeing a traditional white-washed town, check out Mijas which is only half an hour away.
