Medium Term Rentals in Nueva Andalucia
Nueva Andalucia is popular for extended stays and it’s easy to see the appeal, with its lush greens and views of La Concha.  There is plenty to do in the so-called golf valley, but golf is just one of them! Guests who stay here love the tranquillity that this area affords just as much as they enjoy socialising in the many restaurants and bars clustered around. It’s also close to Marbella’s Golden Mile and Puerto Banus.

LV One has 8 bedrooms, plenty of charm and sleeps up to 16 guests. This homely base is situated in the most perfect position only 50m from the water and a short walk from both The Marbella Club and The Puente Romano Resort.
Here you can wake up in the best part of Marbella and take a walk on the beach all before breakfast. Talking of cuisine, there’s 2 kitchens in the villa and plenty of space so you can choose to eat al fresco whenever you want.
Medium Term Rentals in Nagüeles
Nagüeles is situated just above Marbella and offers a leafy and tranquil base. An extended stay here will do you the world of good, breathing in the fresh scent of pine trees in the Nagüeles natural park, or taking a short drive down to the beach whenever you fancy. This is what good living is all about!
La Concha
La Concha in Nagüeles is now available for medium term rentals. This villa is simply stunning, with 5 en-suite bedrooms plus a nanny’s room, as well as 6 bathrooms in total. Tasteful throughout, the villa will tug at your heart strings with pretty poolside views of the mountains.

Las Brisas Marbella is a fabulous area known mostly for golf. Here, you will enjoy a feeling of escapism yet remain close to the more built-up areas and attractions.
