With the amount of sunshine Marbella receives throughout the year it’s a shame cars don’t run on solar power as all we would need to do is park outside! As that’s still not the case, it’s worth planning ahead to ensure you will never get stuck without power.

Electric Charging Stations in Puerto Banus, Marbella
There is a Tesla charging station inside El Corte Ingles, Puerto Banus. You will also find one at the hotel H10 Andalucia Plaza, on Calle Las Violetas.

For guests staying inside The Puente Romano resort or close to The Marbella club, it pays to know that Nobu hotel has a charging station. You can also charge your electric car at Lobito Del Mar, located at  178 Avenida Bulevar PrÃncipe Alfonso de Hohenlohe – Marbella.

Those heading further east can replenish their power at the Tesla Destination Charger located in The hotel Vincci Estrella Del Mar. Further along the coast you will also find plenty of EV charging stations in Fuengirola.Â

Kudos to some of the premium golf courses in the area for thinking ahead and installing electric vehicle charging points. These include The Anantara Villa Padierna Palace BenahavÃs Marbella Resort  which has a Tesla Destination Charger, The Los Monteros Golf and Spa resort and The Los Naranjos Golf Course. The hotel Westin in La Quinta Golf also offers electric car charging so you can focus on your swing without worrying about running low on power. Â
